Hannah Schlett

Bassist Hannah Schlett is thrilled to return to the Grand Rapids Chamber Music Camp—this time as the camp’s very first String Fellow. A member of the camp’s inaugural class in 2017, Hannah’s journey has come full circle as she now steps into a mentorship role to help guide and inspire the next generation of young musicians.

Hannah is entering her senior year at Western Michigan University, where she is pursuing degrees in Music Performance and Spanish. Her musical experiences include performing with the Grand Rapids Youth Symphony, participating in the Grand Rapids Chamber Camp, and performing with the WMU Symphony Orchestra.

Passionate about collaboration and community through music, Hannah looks forward to returning to the camp that helped shape her love for chamber music. She’s excited to meet the new campers and share in the joy of making music together once again.
