Grand Rapids Chamber Music Camp is designed for intermediate to advanced students who enjoy working together to explore the art of chamber music. Campers will study with expert teachers who inspire confidence, build technical skill, and cultivate a lifelong love of music, while exploring the rich and inspiring literature of the chamber music genre.
Registration is now open for students ages 8-18 studying violin, viola, cello, bass & piano.

Upon completing this form, please email a video clip of your child playing their current “working piece” and scales to [email protected] by May 31st. SCALES (Number of octaves the student is comfortable playing). Violin: A Major, D Major and G Major; A Minor, E Minor and D Minor Cello: C Major, G Major, D Major and D Major; A Minor and D Minor Viola: D Major, G Major and C Major; D Minor, G Minor and A Minor. Bass: G Major, C Major and F Major; A Minor and C Minor Piano: C Major, G Major and D Major; A Minor, E minor and D Minor
This playing sample, in addition to the information provided above will be used to help us place your child in a chamber music group.
*A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at the time of form submission.
If accepted, the $100 deposit will be applied to the total amount due of $450 for the week of camp.
Camp will run from 12:00 pm to 5:30 pm daily- Monday, August 3rd through Saturday, August 8th, 2026. The final concert will be at 7:00 pm on the 8th. Full participation in all 6 days (including the concert) is required to attend the camp. The entire payment must be received by July 1st.
